  • 1. Managing Director:- Asttends to all matters pertaining to KSFIC as and when proposals are received from the units. The Executive Director, Finance Manager, Company Secretary, Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager and the other staffs process the files and put-up for orders of the Managing Director.
  • 2. Executive Director:- attends all the establishment matters of Head Office as well as unit office and Scrutinize the tapals and attending the files received, with recommendation to the Managing Director.
  • 3. Cost Accounts Officer & Finance Manager:- discharges the duties and responsibilities as envisaged in the Company rules. FM&CAO wing tender the opinion/advice/concurrence relating to the Accounts, finance and Cost Data.
  • 4. Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager:- works as incharge of establishment and other Technical matters of Head Office and Units, Scrutinize the tapals and attending the files and discharging the work entrusted by the Higher Officers.
  • 5. (Technical) Assistant:- Scrutinizing the cost data received from all the units and recommending for sanctions and discharges the work entrusted by Managing Director/ED.
  • 6. Stenographer/Computer Operator:- works as PA i.e. Private Secretary to Managing Director, provides assistance, attends phone calls and discharge the work entrusted by MD/ED.
  • 7. Junior Assistant:- receives and sends the tapals and files to the Higher Officers and other staff in disposing the inward and outward tapals.
  • 8. Attender:- Attends to Group’D’ employee work.
  • 9. Driver:- Does the functions of Driving of Official Car.
2. RMP UNIT, Bengaluru

I. Permanent employees

  • 1) Deputy Conservator of Forests deputation from Forest Department will act as the Regional Manager of this unit. He is discharging the functions and duties as per the Rules. He has overall responsibility to supervise, guide and dispose of the matters relating to this unit.
  • 2) Junior Assistant-: He is in charge of logging works and supervise the extraction, lotting etc and Transportation of extracted materials through the transport agency to the assigned destination.

II. Out sourcing employees

  • 1. Accountant-1: He/She is in charge of Accounts department of RMP unit and assists the Regional Manager in the matters relating Finance and accounts files received from the all sections of this office and looking after the office administration.
  • 2. Senior Clerk-1: She is looking after the Establishment section, She is also assists to Regional Manager in routine office works.
  • 3. Office Assistant -1: She is looking after the office correspondence and assists to Regional Manager in routine office works.
  • 4. Driver-1: Does the duties of driving of Boloro Vehicle as per the instructions of Regional Manager.
  • Attender-1: He is looking after Dispatch section receives and sends the tappals and files to the concerned section of the unit and work as per the instruction of Regional Manager.
3. Timber yard Unit

In trading office staff will be responsible for getting the order, issuing of work order to contractor, getting the advance from the purchaser, verifying and supplying the furniture to the purchaser, issuing of payments to supplier.

  • 1. Deputy Conservator of Forests deputation from Forest Department will act as the Regional Manager of this unit. He is discharging thee functions and duties as per the Rules. And has overall responsibility to supervise, guide and dispose of the matters relating to this unit.
  • 2. Asst. Manager =1 [Accounts,Purchase & sales] He/She is in charge of Accounts department of Timberyard unit and assist the Regional Manager in the matters relating Finance and accounts files received from the all sections of this office and looking after the office administration including Sales section and purchase.
  • 3. Assistant =1 [Carpentry section] He is in charge of Carpentry section. He is maintaining the Stock account of Sawn sizes and manufacture of various type of doors, windows as per customers orders and looking after the entire section. He is also in charge of Sandalwood white chips section. Procurement of Sandal wood white chips from the Forest Department production of Sandal wood white chips powder and Baloon dust, selling of the same as per demand of customers order and maintaining the stock account of raw materials and finished goods.
  • 4. Assistant =1[Flush Doors & Block Board section] He is in charge of Seasoning and Treatment of wood section and manufacture of Flush Doors, Block Board section. He supervise the manufacture of Flush doors & Block Boards as per orders received from customers and maintain stock account of raw materials and finished goods.
  • 5. Senior Typist =1 He is look after all typing of routine papers, and also look after Establishment section, Technical section, Furniture section, and Security section. He is also assist to Regional Manager in routine office works.
  • 6. Attender -1 She is look after Dispatch section receives and sends the tappals and files to the concerned section of the unit.
  • 7. Attender -1 She attends to group D employee work and also assist in accounts and sales section to prepare the Customers bills etc.
  • 8. Typist =1 Look after typing of various section paper and calling of Tender and allied subjects. and he is also in charge of Stores and vehicle section of this unit.

  • 3. Verifying the balance sheet and From 43, 44 at regular interval and also on monthly basis and submission of reports to the Head office.

(4) OBLIGATIONS OF PUBLIC AUTHORITIES (1) EVERY PUBLIC AUTHORITY SHALL Maintain all its records duly catalogued and indexed in a manner and the form which facilitates the right to information under this Act and ensure that all records that are appropriate to be computerized are, within a reasonable time and subject to availability of resources, computerized and connected through a network all over the country on different systems so that access to such records is facilitated; (b) Publish within one hundred and twenty days from the enactment of this Act-
(iv) the norms set by it for the discharge of its functions;
(v) the rules, regulations, instructions, manuals and records, held by it or under its control or used by its employees for discharging its functions;
(vi) a statement of the categories of documents that are held by it or under its control

1. HEAD OFFICE
  • 1. Managing Director:- Asttends to all matters pertaining to KSFIC as and when proposals are received from the units.   • 4. Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager:- works as incharge of establishment and other Technical matters of Head Office and Units, Scrutinize the tapals and attending the files and discharging the work entrusted by the Higher Officers.
  • 5. (Technical) Assistant:- Scrutinizing the cost data received from all the units and recommending for sanctions and discharges the work entrusted by Managing Director/ED.
  • 6. Stenographer/Computer Operator:- works as PA i.e. Private Secretary to Managing Director, provides assistance, attends phone calls and discharge the work entrusted by MD/ED.
  • 7. Junior Assistant:- receives and sends the tapals and files to the Higher Officers and other staff in disposing the inward and outward tapals.
  • 8. Attender:- Attends to Group’D’ employee work.

2. RMP UNIT, Bengaluru

I. Permanent employees

  • 1) Deputy Conservator of Forests deputation from Forest Department will act as the Regional Manager of this unit. He is discharging the functions and duties as per the Rules. He has overall responsibility to supervise, guide and dispose of the matters relating to this unit.

1. HEAD OFFICE
  • 1. Managing Director:- Asttends to all matters pertaining to KSFIC as and when proposals are received from the units. The Executive Director, Finance Manager, Company Secretary, Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager and the other staffs process the files and put-up for orders of the Managing Director.
  • 2. Executive Director:- attends all the establishment matters of Head Office as well as unit office and Scrutinize the tapals and attending the files received, with recommendation to the Managing Director.
  • 3. Cost Accounts Officer & Finance Manager:- discharges the duties and responsibilities as envisaged in the Company rules. FM&CAO wing tender the opinion/advice/concurrence relating to the Accounts, finance and Cost Data.
  • 4. Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager:- works as incharge of establishment and other Technical matters of Head Office and Units, Scrutinize the tapals and attending the files and discharging the work entrusted by the Higher Officers.
  • 5. (Technical) Assistant:- Scrutinizing the cost data received from all the units and recommending for sanctions and discharges the work entrusted by Managing Director/ED.
  • 6. Stenographer/Computer Operator:- works as PA i.e. Private Secretary to Managing Director, provides assistance, attends phone calls and discharge the work entrusted by MD/ED.
  • 7. Junior Assistant:- receives and sends the tapals and files to the Higher Officers and other staff in disposing the inward and outward tapals.
  • 8. Attender:- Attends to Group’D’ employee work.

2. RMP UNIT, Bengaluru

I. Permanent employees

  • 1) Deputy Conservator of Forests deputation from Forest Department will act as the Regional Manager of this unit. He is discharging the functions and duties as per the Rules. He has overall responsibility to supervise, guide and dispose of the matters relating to this unit.

  • 1. Sanction of Leave, EL encashment to staff and yearly increments, payment of monthly salary to staff, keeping all staff to work as per KSFIC rule. Issue memo, show cause notice to erring staff. Submission of yearly confidential reports of subordinate staff to Head office.
  • 2. Controlling of all staff.
  • 3. Verifying the balance sheet and From 43, 44 at regular interval and also on monthly basis and submission of reports to the Head office.
