Customers are invited to visit our Divisional Offices for consultation. It is strongly recommended that they personally see the materials and satisfy themselves before making any purchases. Customers are entitled to get the promised products/services at the promised price and time to his/her/their satisfaction with supporting warranty/guarantee if any. For details click here.
KSFIC has a strong customer grievance redressal mechanism. The Executive Director in the Head Office will personally look into each complaint and ensures its resolution. The Regional Manager of KSFIC concerned will get in touch with you and resolve your grievance within 30 days from the date of lodging complaint. The Managing Director also reviews the customers’ grievances every month. If you are not satisfied with the redressal provided, you may send an email to the Managing Director after the initial 30 days period is over. He/she will also review the action taken and get back to you. If your grievance could not be redressed, you are eligible for refund as per our compensation/refund policy within 30 days of agreeing on refund.
Within 24 hours of detecting deficiencies in the product or service of KSFIC, customers are requested to lodge their complaint on this portal (click here to lodge your complaint).
Each complaint lodged is immediately acknowledged and given a token number which you can use to track the action being taken.
KSFIC will make every effort to resolve your grievance to your satisfaction. However, if you are not fully satisfied, you have the option of taking legal action under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 and Rules, 1987.
We expect our customers to extend full cooperation to KSFIC authorities to get the best deals on business. We expect them to have a reasonable understanding of the industry standards before ventilating their grievances.
