PPP projects are typically based on long term Concession Agreements which specify outputs such as quality of service and performance standards that have a direct bearing on users of such projects. The performance of the project has to be addressed in an institutionalised manner to have an efficient deliverable. In this regard to bring awareness to Government officers of the Administrative departments / agencies to implement infrastructure projects, the State Nodal Cell has initiated Capacity Building Programme.
